These terms and conditions govern your use of the online gaming platform provided by Totem Chief. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
License to Use the Platform
Totem Chief grants you a non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You shall not use the Platform for any commercial or professional purpose without the prior written consent of Totem Chief.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old (or such other minimum age as may be required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform and participate in gaming activities on it.
Account Registration
To use the Platform, you will need to create an account with Totem Chief. You shall provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during the registration process. If we reasonably believe that any of your registration information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your Account.
Username and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and shall not permit anyone else to use them. You will be solely responsible for all transactions and activities on your Account.
Payment Terms
When making a payment to Totem Chief, you agree that we may charge your credit card or other designated payment method without prior notice or approval from you. If any of our charges are returned unpaid, including but not limited to declined payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and to pursue all available remedies under applicable law.
Responsible Gaming
We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage all users to set limits on their gaming activities and to seek help if they suspect that gaming is causing them problems. We may provide tools and resources for you to monitor and control your gaming activity, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from excessive gaming.
Wagering Requirements
Some bonuses or promotions offered by us will have wagering requirements attached to them, as specified on the relevant promotional page. You must comply with all such conditions in order to receive your bonus and to be eligible to withdraw any winnings associated therewith.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or issue arising out of these terms, we shall use our reasonable efforts to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If we are unable to resolve a dispute by such means, either party may submit a complaint in writing to an independent third-party dispute resolution service.
Changes and Updates
We reserve the right at any time to modify or amend these terms, including any changes resulting from amendments made to our payment systems. We will attempt to notify you of any material changes by posting them on the Platform; however, your continued use of the Platform following such notification shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of those revised terms.
Termination and Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your Account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that: (i) you have breached these terms; (ii) your gaming activity on the Platform is excessive, untypical, and/or suspicious; or (iii) for any other reason in connection with which we reasonably decide to do so. Upon termination of your Account, all prizes awarded shall be forfeit.
Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability to you under these terms, howsoever arising out of the use of the Platform or otherwise, is limited to a maximum amount equal to the value of any bonus funds that may have been credited in error during our investigation and resolution of your complaint.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us with respect to its subject matter, supersedes all prior agreements and understandings related hereto, and is the final and binding document expressing our intention as it pertains thereto.
